Huntly Gardens

Huntly Gardens, in the desirable Dowanhill area of Glasgow, consists of two B Listed blonde sandstone townhouses, used in recent times as a drop -in centre by Glasgow City Council.

We obtained planning consent for a thoughtful residential redevelopment of the buildings and then set about sympathetically converting the townhouses into ten luxury, 1, 2 and 3 bed bespoke apartments.

Throughout the planning and conversion processes, every effort was made to retain as many of the beautiful, original features found in the properties as possible.
