This 5 acre greenfield site, located east of Manchester, was purchased in 2006 from Rentokil Initial plc.

After lengthy consultation with Thameside Council and several planning iterations, we were successful in gaining consent for 36 mid-market detached and semi-detached houses.

The site was sold to a local developer who has subsequently gone on to complete the development.
