Glasgow Steiner School

JUNE 2016

We acquired this derelict and extensively fire damaged B Listed school building in 2014.

We worked with Glasgow City Council to agree a planning scheme that was acceptable to both parties. 

This planning permission allowed for a full restoration of the existing building, returning it to its former glory together with the introduction of a modern wing.

The planning consent provided for 36 apartments with 14 in the original building and 22 in the new-build, modern extension.
