Belhaven Terrace, Glasgow

This project involved the redevelopment of a sandstone town house in the west end of Glasgow, near the Botanic Gardens.

Planning permission was granted to convert the building, previously used as a private HMO, into 3 luxury flats.

Once again, the focus was on homes fit for modern living whilst retaining the original features found in the building.

Within 24 months, the building was converted and the apartments sold.
