WE PURCHASED THIS SITE IN 2013

The site is situated in the centre of the historic, conservation village of Eaglesham and was formerly the village Tennis Club.  

We gained planning consent from East Renfrewshire Council for a residential development.

Within 18 months, a courtyard development of four luxury 4 and 5 bedroom villas of traditional design with contemporary features was successfully completed.
