Westlink House, Brentford

On instruction from Carillion plc, PVP undertook the complete internal and external redevelopment of this grade 2, listed, 60,000 square foot building in West London. 

This iconic, Art Deco building, designed by Wallis, Gilbert and Partners was constructed in 1928 and is modernistic, symmetrical and rectilinear.

The property was taken back to shell and core and entirely refurbished including a full M&E upgrade.

The floor plates were thoughtfully converted to open plan workspaces and the building is now predominantly occupied by SMEs.
